For the stage adaptation of Gustave Flaubert’s "Madame Bovary", directed by Pauline Dragon, Théâtre D'Art au Coeur de l'Aquitaine (TACA) is looking for actors in professional reintegration.
Profiles sought:
Age: between 20 and 30 years (born after 7 November 1995 and before 20 August 2006)
Have completed at least two years of professional theatre training
Available for the entire duration of the residencies. No absences or schedule adjustments possible
The project:
Four residencies: two in France and two in Germany, and 5 performances
Bilingual staged creation with surtitles: performed by 5 French actors and 7 German actors
German is not required; interpreters will be present throughout the project, and linguistic support is provided during rehearsals
Professional reintegration project as part of international youth mobility support, with pedagogical accompaniment through daily trainings and language workshops to become familiar with bilingual performance
A multicultural, collective approach: commitment is required both artistically and in the pedagogical workshops
Accommodation, meals, transport and pedagogical workshops covered. Fee of €130 gross per performance.

14–25 September in Dordogne, France
10–17 October in Kassel, Germany. Premiere at Kulturhaus Dock 4
2–7 November in Arcueil, Île‑de‑France. 4 performances from 4–7 November at Anis‑Gras – le Lieu de l’Autre
